Istanbul

Magical, Calming, Mighty

Land of the dervishes? I’m getting “The Forty Rules of Love” vibes just by remembering this beautiful city, home to one of the greatest empires – the Ottomans. Istanbul is unique, a real treasure, which needs to be experienced by all. Where else can you find a city straddled between two continents?

The Blue Mosque cannot be missed as it overlooks the Black Sea, devoted worshippers and tourists alike admiring it in all its glory. Istanbul is full of culture, history, and food: there is honestly something here for everyone!

Don’t forget some underrated Sahlep: a warm, creamy beverage sold by street vendors – absolutely delicious! And of course, Tavuk şiş. Need I say more?

Key Highlights:

  • The Blue Mosque
  • Topkapi Palace
  • Suleiymani Mosque
  • Hagia Sophia
  • Grand Bazaar
  • Night Tour across the Bosphorus
  • HodjaPasha Culture Centre – Authentic Whirling Dervishes Show
  • The abundance of furry friends

Overall Rating: 8/10
